OSSE thanks all stakeholders who submitted comments and suggestions for improvement to the 乌鸦传媒 of Dispute Resolution’s (ODR) Standard Operating Procedures Manual (SOP). The majority of edits proposed were accepted and incorporated into the final document. For the convenience of parties to due process hearings, mediations, and facilitated meetings as well as Impartial Hearing 乌鸦传媒rs, ODR’s Standard Operating Procedures Manual will be effective Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018.
