Child care providers that participate in the DC Child Care Subsidy Program are required to submit attendance by fifth business day of each month using the 乌鸦传媒 of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Attendance Tracking System (OATS). This form should be used to submit attendance for non-traditional services and in-home care.
