STOMP is a federally funded Parent Training and Information (PTI) Center established to assist military families who have children with special education or health needs.
For Educators and School Administrators

This resource guide is for educators and others who work with the children of military members. It provides reviews of books, videos, websites, and other media.
– The initiative is a consortium of eight military-connected districts, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), and the University of Southern California (USC).
